“As a member of the GEOLITH Research & Development team since October 2020, I’m involved in several missions, such as conducting experiments to optimise and develop our technology and carrying out preliminary studies for our prospects and customers to determine the viability of our solutions.
GEOLITH recently put me in charge of managing the laboratory to make working conditions easier for the members of the R&D team.
What motivates me every day at GEOLITH is to be part of a project whose advances are helping to create a more sustainable future, to work closely with all the teams, and to see GEOLITH’s constant progress towards its position as a pioneer in direct lithium extraction.”

“I joined GEOLITH three years ago as a trainee design draughtsman at the Orsay site. After a rewarding year, I was offered the opportunity to join the GEOLITH site in Alsace to pursue my master’s in industrial design and Ergonomics (GICE).
GEOLITH provided me with an ideal environment in which to develop both personally and technically, by discovering lithium extraction methods through innovative pilot projects. Today, with my engineering degree validated, I’m proud to hold the position of engineer in the design office at GEOLITH.
My main role is to develop, design and implement lithium extraction processes. My three years at GEOLITH have given me a wealth of experience and valuable expertise, enabling me to make an active contribution to the company’s innovations and progress in this critical area of activity.”
